Nicole Delabre, LEED AP
Principal | Design + Project Advisory
Nicole Delabre brings more than 15 years of experience in interior architecture, commercial design, and project delivery across corporate, government, healthcare, and educational environments. At DMA, she works with owners, developers, and tenants to translate business objectives into thoughtful project strategies, aligning design, budget, schedule, and project teams from early planning through completion. A LEED Accredited Professional and A4LE certified, Nicole combines strategic thinking, design expertise, and a practical understanding of how projects get built to create spaces positioned to perform for the people and businesses they serve.
Aaron Delabre
Chief Operating Officer | Project Executive
Aaron brings more than 20 years of corporate real estate and program leadership experience to DMA, most recently as a Senior Vice President within JLL’s National Integrated Portfolio Services practice, where he led multi-market account teams across more than 20 markets for clients including Oracle, Meta, UnitedHealth Group, MUFG Union Bank, Aetna, and Procter & Gamble. His work spanned executive-level account leadership, portfolio governance, and standardized delivery across large-scale workplace transformations, campus programs, and multi-site consolidations.
As DMA’s Chief Operating Officer and Project Executive, Aaron leads the firm’s delivery discipline — bringing the same portfolio governance and program rigor he built at the enterprise level directly to DMA’s clients. He holds a BFA in Interior Commercial Design from the International Academy of Design & Technology, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is OSHA 10 Certified.
