Nicole Delabre, LEED AP
Principal | Design + Project Advisory
Nicole has built her career around a simple belief: successful spaces should work for the organizations behind them and feel right for the people who experience them. With more than 15 years of experience in interior architecture, commercial design, and project delivery, she brings together creative vision, strategic thinking, and a practical understanding of how projects move from an initial idea to a completed space.
At DMA Group, Nicole helps owners, developers, and occupiers translate their goals into clear, actionable project strategies. She works across design, budget, schedule, and team coordination to keep decisions aligned from early planning through completion. Her background in design and behavioral psychology also brings a thoughtful perspective to how the built environment can influence the way people experience and engage with a space.
Nicole’s approach is creative, practical, and highly personal. She listens closely, asks thoughtful questions, and helps clients create environments that are functional, purposeful, and genuinely reflective of the people and organizations they serve.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the International Academy of Design & Technology, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and A4LE certified. She also volunteers for the non-profit Getting Down for Good.
Aaron Delabre
Chief Operating Officer | Project Executive
Aaron brings more than 20 years of corporate real estate, program leadership, and project delivery experience to DMA Group. Throughout his career, he has led complex capital programs, multi-market portfolios, workplace transformations, and consolidation initiatives for some of the world’s most recognized organizations. His experience spans from individual project execution to national program leadership, giving him a practical understanding of what it takes to turn high-level strategy into successful outcomes.
As DMA’s Chief Operating Officer and Project Executive, Aaron helps clients create clarity around complex decisions, align the right people around a shared plan, and maintain accountability from early strategy through occupancy. He is known for bringing structure to challenging projects, identifying risks before they become larger issues, and keeping teams focused on the decisions that matter most.
Aaron’s approach is grounded in direct communication, disciplined execution, and a genuine commitment to the people behind every project. Clients benefit not only from his enterprise-level experience, but also from his hands-on leadership and willingness to stay closely involved throughout the work.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the International Academy of Design & Technology, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and holds an OSHA 10 certification. He also volunteers for the non-profit Getting Down for Good.
